Do all lots in Sky Meadows have water connections?
Sky Meadows was under a new water connection hookup moratorium between March 2017 and September 2020. The new water connection hookup moratorium has been lifted and all lots in Sky Meadows can get a water connection if needed. If you have or are purchasing a lot that does not currently have a approved Sky Meadows connection with water meter, you will need to follow the water upgrade policy to apply for a connection and pay required fees to get water connected and a meter installed.
